Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping

Packages are shipped via the United States Post Office according to the service you choose. Once your purchase has been mailed you will receive a DC# (Delivery Confirmation Number) to track your package at United States Post Office site ( Delivery time varies according to the shipping service you requested.

I do everything in my power to ensure your package is delivered to you in a safe and traceable manor. I have no control over how the USPS processes your orders. If you want a 100% guarantee, please feel free to ask for your package to be insured.

International Shipping

Items are shipped out via the United States Post Office. Some of the shipping services provided by the USPS disallow the ability to have a Delivery Confirmation Number. All packages do however have a customs form which allows you some accessibility of knowing where your package is.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to recect chargebacks for first class international pacakges I am unable to offer this service any longer.

Please make sure the items you are ordering are allowed to be shipped to your country. Customs Forms are marked cosmetics with the correct value listed. All international customers are responsible for any fees owed to customs.

I want all of my customers to be happy with their purchases. I will accept returns on any product that  has not been opened or used. I will refund the price of the product only. Customers are responsible for the return postage fee. Orders that a customer has in their possession for over a week can not be returned.


Damaged Items

I do everything in my power to make sure your product gets to you safely and securely. Occasionally the Post Office handles the package roughly and damage occurs. If you have a product that has been damaged, I will refund your purchase price to you after 1) Sent a picture of the damaged item via email to me or 2) If the broken item is returned to me (for people who do not own a digital camera). I used to accept returns unseen/no questions asked, but I've been taken advantage with this policy.

If you have received an order that is damaged please contact me with your invoice number and the product in question to start the return process as soon as possible. After one weeks time of having said product in your possession, I will not honor any issues you have. Please contact me as soon as possible with any and all issues you have.
