Why do I need to sign up to your site before I make a purchase?
When you sign up as a customer, you are given different abilities that you could not do if you were a guest shopping. For instance, having an account allows you to view past orders (order history), set up your address book to ship to different addresses and enables you to order again without inputting all your information repeatedly, making shopping easier and safer.
My product is damaged, what is my next step?
Please contact me with your order number and the status of your package. I will contact you via email with the next step. Please save all shipping packaging and the product, please do not throw anything away.
My Delivery Confirmation Number status at the USPS site states my package is still processing .....
I do everything in my power to ensure your package is delivered to you in a safe and trackable manor. I have no control over how the USPS processes your orders. If you want a 100% guarantee, please feel free to ask for your package to be insured. Every package is mailed with a Delivery Confirmation number to track your package.
I am not sure if my order was processed, how do I check this?
In your account section you can view your order history. If your order was processed, you can see the details of your order there. You will also receive a confirmation email with your order details and order number.
When I choose to pay via PayPal, it takes me to a new page. Is this right?
PayPal payments are processed off this site onto their site. After they have processed your payment you will be brought back to this site. No payment information is stored on my site, ensuring your transaction is safe and secure.
What countries do you ship to?
I will ship product to any country that allows your purchase to be delivered.
Where can I find out the cost of shipping?
To get an estimate on how much it would be to ship any item on my site, place the item(s) into the cart. A shipping chart showing the different shipping methods with prices will appear.
